1. What cleaning chemicals do you use when cleaning my house and are they harmful to my plants
All our cleaning agents are biodegradable and environmentally safe. They are guaranteed to be harmless to your plants.

2. Are you insured?
We carry liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00 as well as workers compensation insurance that meets state requirements.

3. Are you a registered company?
We are registered with the state of Connecticut since 2002.

4. How long does it take to clean my house?
Each and every house differs. Some Some have height issues, some have obstacles in the way and some have not been washed in a while. After looking at these situations as well as the size of the house, we will be able to determine approximately how long it should take.
5. What about a water supply?
We will use city water whenever available. If city water is not available we will supply our own at an additional charge.
6. What kind of equipment do you use?
We use only commercial power washers. Our machines are manufactured by My TM Corporation and rated #1 in the industry.
7. Do I need to be at home when you are power washing?
No, you do not. However, we would expect you to make sure the following things are done:
Make certain all your windows are closed.
Make certain your water faucet is on if we are to be using it.
Make certain your pet is properly tied up.
8. What if the weather is not cooperating?
If the weather is not cooperating, we will reschedule your cleaning at the next mutually convenient date at no extra cost.
9. When do I pay?
When our services are complete we appreciate payment. If you are not at home at this time and did not make previous arrangements for payment we will leave you an invoice and will expect prompt payment.
